Effective date for status
Last name, sometimes full name in the case of PACs, firms and employers. Major donors can be split between first and last name fields, but usually are contained in the last name field only. Individual names of lobbyists, politicans and officers tend to use both the first and last name.

The raw data provided by the state contains errors in how some values are escaped, quoted and delimited. The result is a small number of records in the latest download were lost when we prepared files for download.
However, only 121 records out of 807,946 total rows were lost (you can download them here).
