Amendment to Lobbying Disclosure Report
Description
Form 690 is filed by a lobbying firm, lobbyist employer, lobbying coalition, $5,000 filer or lobbyist seeking to amend any information previously submitted on a quarterly disclosure report. Any amendment to the registration statement should be made on Form 605 rather than Form 690. Amendments must be filed by the same method (paper or electronic) as the original form.
