Amendment to Registration, Lobbying Firm, Lobbyist Employer, Lobbying Coalition
Description
Form 605 is the standard amendment form used to amend any previously filed registration information. It is used to add or delete both lobbyists and clients to an existing registration. It is also used to change name, address, and responsible officer information, as well as any other pertinent information found on forms 601, 602, 603 or 604.
